Choose to get back up

Life has its share of ups and downs. A Ferris wheel will gradually, but eventually bring you back up. “When life knocks you down, you can choose to get back up,” Mr Han (Jackie Chan) said to Xiao Dre (Jaden Smith is so asdf;lkjfs cute! ).

Earlier this week, I went out with my bestie, Ee Ling and we watched Karate Kid~! She just got back from NS and she’s leaving to PJ to do her diploma already… If I never did text her, I’d never have knew… All the best and enjoy being there, do take care and keep in touch, my dear!

By the way, it’s the weekend already, and second semester started on Thursday… Got back our mid-term papers, I did pretty all right. In fact, it was way better than I expected for Accounts (90%), Psychology (86%) and English (88%). However, I guess I could’ve done a slight bit better for Maths (88%)! Assignments started to flow in already, though!

On a side note, our Psychology teacher will not be teaching us any longer… Not that I dislike our new lecturer, but I guess we’d miss Ms Wong, a lot! No more funny watermelon or pineapple stories… Nor cute drawings of her special stickman (despite not having appropriate body proportions, just like mine!), mouse and dog… Class seems to have its life sucked out when she wasn’t around…
